【特設ショップに関する注意事項】
・特設ショップのご利用には、展覧会への入場および特設ショップ入場券が必要です。
・一部商品につきましては、事後販売や通信販売を実施する場合もございます。
・転売目的での購入は、固くお断り致します。
特設ショップ入場券は展覧会入場時に入口でお渡しいたしますので、最後まで無くさないようにご注意ください。
・観覧券のご購入は会場内でのグッズ全ての購入をお約束するものではございません。
・特設ショップ入場券は展覧会のご入場当日に限りご利用いただけます。
・展覧会来場者以外の代行購入はできません。
・特設ショップ内混雑緩和のため、事前に特設ショップMAPをご確認ください。
・特設ショップでのお待ち合わせは禁止となります。また、特設ショップは30分以内でのご利用をお願いいたします。長時間特設ショップに留まられている場合はスタッフよりお声がけをさせていただく可能性がございます。
・特設ショップへのご入場1回につきお会計1回のみとなります。
・特設ショップは展示室の最後にございます。特設ショップからの入場はできませんので展覧会をご覧いただいた後にご利用ください。（展覧会・特設ショップ共に再入場はできません）
・当日の状況により、特設ショップへの入場およびお会計に長時間お並びいただく場合がございます。また、状況により整理券の配布を行う可能性がございます。
・商品の数に限りがございますので、完売の際はご容赦ください。また、商品の完売による観覧券の払い戻しはいたしません。
・販売在庫に関するお問い合わせ（現在の在庫数や入荷予定等）にはご回答できません。
・商品の完売情報、再入荷情報はCLAMP展公式HPおよび公式SNSをご確認ください。
・完売している商品の予約受付、取り置き、後日配送は対応しておりません。
・商品には販売上限数を設けさせていただいております。
お１人様１会計あたり各商品各種1個までとなります。
トレーディング商品は1BOXまでとなります。
購入制限を超えて商品を確保されている場合は、スタッフよりお声がけさせていただく可能性がございます。
また、予告なくお１人様あたりのご購入制限数の変更・販売中止となる場合がございます。
・トレーディング商品は絵柄をお選びいただいて購入することはできません。また商品の特性上、複数ご購入いただいても同じ絵柄の場合がございます。
BOXでご購入いただいても、全種類揃うとは限りませんのでご了承ください。
・初期不良をのぞき、商品の返品・交換は出来ません。
・初期不良品交換は商品のご購入から7日以内に商品に記載の問い合わせ先にご連絡ください。
期間を過ぎてからの返品・交換はお受けできませんのでご了承ください。
問い合わせの記載がない商品に関しましては、 こちらまでご連絡ください。
・不良品交換の場合は、商品購入時のレシートと現品を確認させていただきますので、レシートは大切に保管してください。
また、トレーディング商品の不良品交換につきましては、不良品と同じ絵柄の良品と交換いたします。
・会計内容は必ずその場でご確認ください。
その場を離れた後の釣り銭などの会計間違いは対応いたしかねます。
・商品画像はイメージです。実際の商品の色・デザインとは異なる場合がございます。
・商品の仕様は予告なく変更になる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
・特設ショップでの撮影・録音・録画などの記録行為は禁止とさせていただきます。
・美術館内外、公道および近隣施設でのグッズの交換・譲渡行為は、近隣施設や施設利用者のご迷惑となりますので、固く禁止させていただきます。
・お会計時の混雑緩和の為、なるべく釣銭が無いようにご協力をお願い申し上げます。
・商品の宅配サービス、ラッピング包装の受け付けは行っておりません。
・受注商品は、会場に掲示されたQRコードを読み取り、特設サイトにアクセスしてご購入いただけます。
・受注商品の海外への発送は行っておりません。
・受注商品をご購入いただいた後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・数量の変更・商品の返品や交換は原則としてお受けできません。
・待機列への割り込みは禁止です。同行者が先に並んでいても、必ず最後尾に並んでください。
また、待機列から一度抜けてお戻りになられた際は同じ場所ではなく最後尾からお並びいただきますのでご了承ください。
・特設ショップでのお客様同士のトラブルや事故、盗難に関して一切の責任を負えません。
・特設ショップでは、大変危険ですので絶対に走らないでください。
・特設ショップではスタッフの指示に従ってください。従っていただけない場合は入場、またショップのご利用をご遠慮いただく場合がございます。
・周辺の方を押したり、追い抜いたりする行為は大変危険ですので、絶対にしないようにしてください。また、そのような行為が発生した場合、特設ショップのご利用をご遠慮いただく場合がございます。
【支払い方法について】
・お支払いは現金の他にクレジットカード※1、電子マネー※2、交通系IC※3がご利用いただけます。

【レジ袋有料販売について】
・特設ショップでは、環境保全の観点からレジ袋を有料とさせて頂きます。
サイズに関わらず1枚5円（税込）での販売を行っております。
プラスチックごみ削減のため、お客様のご理解、ご協力を何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。
・CLAMP展オリジナルショッピングバッグも有料で販売しております。

【Regarding the Special Shop】
・You need both exhibition and shop tickets to enter the Special Shop.
・Certain merchandise may be available for purchase exclusively post-event or through online sales.
・Purchases for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
Shop entry tickets will be provided at the exhibition entrance, so please be careful not to lose them.
・Purchasing admission tickets does not ensure the purchase of all merchandise available within the venue.
・Tickets to enter the shop can only be used on the same day as the exhibition ticket.
・It is not allowed to buy tickets on behalf of someone else.
・To alleviate congestion within the Special Shop, please make sure to check the Shop’s map in advance.
・Gathering at the Special Shop is not allowed. We kindly request that you limit your time in the Special Shop to 30 minutes or less. If you remain in the Special Shop for an extended period, our staff may ask you to leave .
・Only one purchase transaction is permitted per entry into the Special Shop.
・The Special Shop is located at the end of the exhibition room. Access to the Special Shop is only granted after entering the exhibition. (Re-entry is not permitted for either the exhibition and or the Special Shop.)
・There may be long lines to the Special Shop and at checkout. Additionally, in certain circumstances, admission tickets for the Special Shop may be issued.
・Please note that due to limited product availability, items may sell out. We cannot offer refunds for admission tickets due to sold-out merchandise.
・We do not provide information on product availability (including inventory numbers, resupplies, etc.).
・Please check the official CLAMP EXHIBITION website and social media channels for information on sold-out merchandise and restocks.
・We do not provide reservations, holds, or later shipping for sold-out items.
・Customers are limited to a specific number of items per purchase.
Each customer is limited to one item per type per transaction.
There is a limit of 1 BOX for trading items. If you are found to have exceeded the purchase limit, our staff may approach you to ask you for your cooperation.
If you exceed the purchase limit, our staff may approach you to ask you to return the merchandise.
Additionally, please note that the purchase limit per person may change or sales may end without prior notice.
・You may receive trading items with the same design when purchasing multiples due to the nature of the products. The design of the trading items cannot be chosen.
Please note that purchasing a BOX does not guarantee receiving all varieties.
・Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of initial defects.
・To exchange merchandise with initial defects, please contact the provided contact details on the merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the specified period.
Please contact here for merchandise with no contact details provided.
・For merchandise exchanges, please keep the receipt and the defective item for inspection.
Additionally, when exchanging trading items, items with the same design will be exchanged.
・Please ensure to verify your purchase at checkout.
We cannot address accounting errors, such as incorrect change once you leave the premises.
・Merchandise images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual colors and designs may vary.
・Please note that the merchandise specifications may change without prior notice.
・It is strictly forbidden to take photographs, record audio, or film within the Special Shop.
・Exchanging or transferring items within or outside the museum, on public roads, or in adjacent facilities is strictly prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to nearby facilities and users.
・To help alleviate congestion at checkout, please use exact change whenever possible.
・We do not provide home delivery or wrapping services for our merchandise.
・For pre-order items, you can scan the displayed QR code at the venue and access the special website to make your purchase.
・We do not provide shipping services for pre-order items to overseas locations.
・After purchase, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, changes in quantity, returns, or exchanges of pre-order items due to customer preferences.
・Cutting in line is not allowed. Please stand at the end of the line, even if your companions are ahead.
When rejoining the line, please stand at the end of it instead of going back to your previous place.
・We are not liable for any disputes, accidents, or thefts among customers at the Special Shop.
・For safety reasons, running is not allowed inside the Special Shop.
・Please follow our staff’s instructions in the Special Shop. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or use of the Shop.
・It is extremely dangerous to push or overtake others in the vicinity. We kindly request you to refrain from doing so. If such behaviors occur, we may ask you to leave the Special Shop.
〇 Payment Methods
・Payments can be made with cash, credit cards (*1), e-money (*2), and transportation IC cards (*3).

〇 Regarding Plastic Shopping Bags
・As part of our efforts to protect the environment, we will charge a fee for plastic bags at our store.
Regardless of the size, each bag costs 5 yen (tax incl.).
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in reducing plastic waste.
・Original CLAMP EXHIBITION shopping bags will also be available for purchase.

・根据当天情况，入店及付款时可能需要长时间排队。并且，根据情况可能会进行特设商店入场整理券的分发。
・由于商品数量有限，若商品售完，敬请见谅。此外，即使商品售罄，门票将不予退还。
・我们无法回答有关销售库存（当前库存、到货时间等）的询问。
・售罄商品及补货信息请确认CLAMP展官方网站及官方SNS。
・不接受预订，保留，日后发货已售罄的商品。
・我们对每种商品都设定了销售数量限制。
每人每次结账时，每个商品每款最多只能购买1 件。
盲盒类商品 仅限购买一盒。
如果您购买的商品超出购买限额，我们的工作人员可能会要求您把商品放回。
